Preparation For Inventory System

Hi All,

So I will be starting to build a simple inventory system. We are planning to use it in the future. Also

It can be used by someone with a small business. The idea is to store the data in access database with the use of visual studio. To monitor the products and earnings. And just like the other programs that I've been posted here in my page. I'll be publishing and share the program once done and complete.

Moving forward I'll share the link for the file containing the source code of the program that I've created. Might as well make a step by step while building the program if possible for someone with interest.

Asset Calculator - Program

Hello Guys,

So since right now I am unable to create an android app due to slowness of Android Studio from my pc. I decided to find a new solution.

While waiting I decided to create a program with VB.NET to calculate the total amount of asset or your savings.

This program will not save the file to any system it's only function is to calculate the total amount that the user input to the program.

I have give the user the ability to Add,Update or Delete his/her input in the list the user wanted to. Let's start.

Go to this link to download the program.

1. Download the file. The link should look like in the image below.

Just click download and you can now proceed.

2. Extract the .rar file.

3. Execute the .exe file to proceed with the installation.

4. Once done you should see the program and you can now execute and run it.

 

5. Once executed the program will look like this.

6. Just tick the Radio button corresponding with the button of your choice (Add,Update,Delete)

•     Add function: Input name and amount then click add. The it will be added in the list.

•     Update Function: Enter the item no. The Description or Amount or input new value for both if you want to update or else leave blank if you don't want to update any of the two.  Then click Update.

•     Delete Function. Here you can Input the Item number, Description of the Item or the Amount. Fill any of the 3 choices then click Delete and it will delete the corresponding items.

    Once done just click calculate then the total amount will be computed.

Take note! This program needs improvement like in the amount field. I didn't included the proper condition if the user input in the field a letter.

No file storage or saving functions for the list. May I'll improve it in the future.

Auto Shutdown - Program

Hello Guys, 

So today I'll just going to share my program created last 2016. That time I am always falling asleep and forgotten to shutdown my own pc. It occurs so many times so when I got a free time it is when I'd decided to create the progam.

So that is the reason why I'd created the program. I am not able to shutdown my own computer for so many times.

Ok, now the program's function is like a clock and at the same time like an alarm clock in a sense that you have to set it up in the desired time that you wanted to Turn off/Shutdown your own computer. Not sure if it supports Ver of Win 8 and above but I recommend Win Ver 8 and below.

1. So the first step is to go to this link and it will redirect you to the file.

2. Extract the files once downloaded.

3. Once you are done extracting the downloaded file. You will see the Auto Shutdown Setup.zip.

4. Just run the .exe file until you are done and completed the installation.

5. Once completed just Execute / Run the .Exe file you should see like this.

6. So the last step is You just have to tick the Automatic Shutdown. Set the time HH/MM/SS AM/PM and your computer will now automatically shutdown on your desired time.

You can also click Shutdown button to manually shutdown your computer. Restart button for restarting, Log off button it will logout your computer, and lastly Abort button is the purpose to abort shutting down your computer if you pressed/clicked shutdown button or you've just decided to terminate shutting down your computer once the time that you've set was met. Exit is only to close the program.

The program is created with vb.net. If you find it useful feel free to use it.

Layout Update

Hello guys,

So since my layout is a little bit plain.

I have decided to start updating my layout later. And for this I will use a template from btemplates and also gooyabitemplates.

I recommend it to other people out there who would like to update their own layout and needed a template.
